Phi Upsilon Omicron Beta Chapter records, 1915-2001.

Consists of fairly good overview of the early years of the organization through the mid-1920s and again from the 1980s into the 1990s. The records are fairly complete and provide excellent information on their activities from 1923 until they were deactivated in 2000. The 26 scrapbooks provide glimpses of the members and their activities from 1919 to 1990.

Phi Upsilon Omicron Fraternity, a national honor society in family and consumer sciences, began in 1909 at the University of Minnesota as the Home Economics Club and was legally incorporated in 1911. The Beta Chapter at North Dakota Agricultural College had its beginnings as a local sorority, Chi Gamma Psi, in 1912.
